Daryl Kress...

President and owner of Fortune Personnel Consultants of Anderson, Inc. He established the firm in 1988, specializing in pharmaceutical and medical device scientific and management executive search, and has established an extensive list of client companies. He was selected in 1993 to serve on the Board of Advisors for Fortune Franchise Corporation.

He was Vice President of Schmid Laboratories, London International, PLC, an international medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer products firm. He was responsible for five manufacturing and distribution facilities in New Zealand, Puerto Rico, and the United States, and was the representative for US operations on LI's European/UK/US manufacturing taskforce. He also served on the Non-Prescription Drug Manufacturers' Association Manufacturing Controls Committee.

Previously, as Vice President of Operations for Holland Rantos Corporation, Assistant to the President and Board of Directors member for Youngs Drug Products Corporation, he was responsible for the development, manufacturing and distribution of drugs, medical devices, and personal hygiene products.

Prior to his entry into the health care industry, he was an active duty Navy officer. He remained active in the Navy Reserve as a Captain, serving most recently as Reserve Intelligence Area Commander responsible for over 200 active duty and reserve staff in six Intelligence units in the southeastern United States.

He is married, has two sons and resides in Anderson, South Carolina. He has a BA Journalism (Public Relations & Advertising) and an MBA. He has been a committee and board member of Service To Mankind, and holds memberships in AAPS, PDA, ACS, ISPE, RAPS, DIA, ASQ, MENSA, and other organizations.

Joe Kaiser...
As Director of Technical Placement for FPC Anderson, he specializes in pharmaceutical R&D, with particular emphasis on preformulations, formulations, and formulations development/technology transfer and scale up. His expertise in recruiting pharmaceutics professionals is recognized nationally within the Fortune network.

His background spans more than 25 years in worldwide marketing and sales organizations. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for IRT, a developer and manufacturer of medical and industrial products and programs for state of the art life sciences, imaging devices, including image processors, X-ray systems, electron microscopes, ultrasonics, and imaging receptors.

He was previously National Sales and Marketing Manager for Ball Corporation's Systems Division, which was engaged in development and production of image processing equipment and state of the art high frequency generation and micro-focus X-ray systems.

He is married, has two daughters and a son, and resides in Greenville, South Carolina. He earned a BA Business Administration from Akron University, Akron, Ohio. He is a member of AAPS and ASME.
